Australian Heritage Festival - Darwin

The Australian Heritage Festival is an annual event held throughout Australia.
 
In Darwin the Festival will run from Monday the 16th of April to Sunday the 29th of April.
 
Highlights include Walks and Talks through various Heritage sites not normally accessible to the public, Heritage Debate -moderated by Clare Martin with some of Darwin's top debaters, Heritage Quiz night, Myilly Point Open day, Barbara James Memorial lecture with Senator Malindirri McCarthy on this year's theme "my culture, my country". There's also a mini Indonesian Film Festival at the Deckchair Theatre, Open Cockpit Day at the Aviation Museum and a unique walk to discover Darwin's Chinese Heritage hosted by Walk Darwin.  And lots more.
