Cheeseburger Chips?

We’re declaring 2020 the year of the cheeseburger chips.

Thought halloumi chips were good? Wait ‘til you try cheeseburger chips. 

On a recent shopping trip, our online editor stumbled upon these Frozen Cheeseburger Beef Chips while strolling down the aisles of Coles and honestly, we can’t believe we forgot they existed.

According to the packet, these ‘tasty cheeseburger-flavoured Australian beef chips’ are little golden fingers stuffed with a cheeseburger filling of beef mince, tomatoes, spices and cheese, which are then coated in breadcrumbs for that crunchy finish.

The chip obsession

While the cheeseburger chips aren’t technically a new product (we even briefly mentioned them in an article we wrote back in 2019), they join a bunch of finger food products you may or may not have seen at Coles including wedges with gravy and cheese, jackfruit parcels and of course, the famous halloumi chips.
