Do you cry at work…….a lot?

A recent survey shows that 80% of respondents have cried at work and 14% say they cry at least once a week. What’s causing us to cry so much at work? The usual suspects are offered up as explanations; bad bosses, too much work and stress outside of the workplace. So, can crying at work ever be a good thing? And what happens if the tears just keep coming. What should a boss do when confronted with someone in tears? And what happens when it’s the boss themselves that’s broken down?
